Hi my name is Sandra!

I am glad you are here and have taken an interest in pursuing wellness and your goals!

I am a Registered Master of Social Work and a former Child and Youth Worker. I am also a professional Corporate Mediator and offer mediation services. I am passionate about helping you overcome your challenges and lead a fulfilling life. I have helped many children, youth, and adults overcome life’s challenges and move through stress, trauma and adversity.

 I believe that everyone is unique and deserves a tailored approach to meet their individual needs and goals. I work from a client-centered approach with health needs and life goals at the forefront of my service. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

I have many years of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, who have mental health concerns, and those who have experienced or endured mild to complex trauma. I also have extensive experience supporting those who have been affected by motor vehicle accidents. To support your individual needs, I can also facilitate community referrals to enhance supports and outcomes for you and your family members.
